Saturday Morning
In the middle of doing laundry, I discovered that I had a water leak under my hot water tank. I knew that because it was a weekend day, I might find it difficult to get someone to come out and service the problem, but when I contacted Thompson's plumbing, they sent a young man by the name of Abe out within a couple of hours to take care of my problem and he did an awesome job! Not only was he very patient and kind but he took time to go over everything very thoroughly with me and was vert proficient in his workmanship. Thank you again Abe, it was such a pleasure having some with your caliber and kindness do my repairs. I will not hesitate in calling your firm again should I need help in the future!

Carlin and Bobby were awesome! Started off very polite and asked all the right questions. They were both very patient and understanding. Solved two problems
Carlin and his assistance Bobby arrived at their designated time. Diagnosed the problem and provided two kinds of carbage disposals for my selection. They provided a new sink faucet and the current one could not be repaired. Corrected the problems and tested out their repairs and all worked well. Very satisfied with their service. Note, they wore plastic shoe covering since it was raining outside. They cleaned up their work.
Faucet installation
Very friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment was scheduled quickly. I rated them with only two stars because we had some issues with the baseboard due to not tightening the water line when completed. However, after I got in touch with them and reported the problem it was settled and they ended up refunding my money . I was pleased.
Quick & easy!
We were experiencing a leak with our bathtub. Initially we thought we would have to replace the entire tub, but thankfully Jacob was able to diagnose the problem as just needing to replace a seal in the drain. Bruce Thompson plumbing was able to fix the problem within 2-3 hours of me making the call. Very impressed with the professionalism as well! Thank you, Jacob.

Shower handle installation
Abe did amazing! He was very professional and I am very pleased on him fixing our issue. He kept the area very clean too. I would definitely be using Thompson Plumbing again because he was so great! I’ll definitely spread the word to use Thompson Plumbing!
Install bath tub
I replaced the tile in our bathroom. Carlin came & installed our new free standing bath tub. Thompson Plumbing & Carlin did a fantastic job. They left our bathroom as clean as it was before the work. I would highly recommend Thompson Plumbing & Carlin.
